ViPrint Polyproylene FAQS - What is ViPrint Polypropylene and what is ViPrint Polypropylene used for?
ViPrint is a specialist range of corona treated polypropylene (PP) sheet designed to meet the creative demands of the graphic arts industry. ViPrint polypropylene plastic sheets are available in fine sand/sand, clear gloss, reflet (anti-reflective) and diagonal line embossed finish.
ViPrint sheet consists mainly of polypropylene, polyethylene, antistatic agent, and colourant. It is a recyclable plastic sheet, the composition of which complies with REACH regulations. ViPrint polypropylene plastic sheet is corona treated on two sides and is suitable for UV screen printing, UV offset printing and UV digital printing. It is halogen-free, ozone-free and phthalate-free.
ViPrint sheet is low density, lightweight, flexible and resistant. ViPrint can also be folded and creased using traditional die-cutting techniques and offers some of the best chemical and moisture resistance in class.
Unlike PVC, ViPrint gives off no chlorine gasses if burnt. It is an ecological and 100% recyclable polypropylene (PP) sheet.
Typical uses of ViPrint polypropylene sheet include printing, promotional applications, interior signage and point of sale. ViPrint polypropylene sheet is available in black, white, blue, green, grey, natural, orange, red and yellow.
ViPrint Pure Glass range offers a lower density than PET and PVC. ViPrint polypropylene clear gloss plastic sheet is a light, flexible, solid and transparent material that is ideal for applications such as promotional cases, luxury packaging, advertising items, point of sale (POS), stationery items, notebook covers, mop trays for free standing display units (FSDU's) and cough and sneeze visors. ViPrint polypropylene clear gloss sheet has a smooth finish.
ViPrint Reflet polypropylene sheet offers the ultimate in anti-reflective print media, with a glossy finish on one side and an anti-reflective finish on the reverse. Ideal for photo quality printing or anti-reflective covers in clip frames. ViPrint Reflet polypropylene sheet is translucent with a glossy finish.
ViPrint Diagonal polypropylene sheet was designed to suit the binder market. Aesthetically, it offers an edge to ring binders that want a little something different. ViPrint Diagonal polypropylene sheets have a translucent gloss 45° diagonal line emboss/gloss finish.
