How much do you charge for delivery?

All our orders come with standard mainland UK next working day delivery if ordered before 2pm.

Standard Delivery - £8.33 + VAT

Pre-12pm Next Working Day - £55 + VAT

Pre 9.30am Next Working Day - £60 + VAT

Pre-12pm Saturday Delivery - £75 + VAT

Collection St Albans / Samples - £0

When will I receive my order?

Once we have received and accepted your order, we will email you an order confirmation. The delivery date will depend on the date selected at checkout, however all orders placed before 2pm will be shipped for next-day delivery.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can collect your order from us in St Albans, it will be ready for collection on the next working day.

What couriers do you use?

We use various couriers to enable us to offer a full mainland UK delivery service, the courier we use for your order will be dependent on the size, weight and type of product you order from us. Courier services that we use include UPS, DX, TNT and 24/7 to name a few of our service providers.

Can I leave delivery instructions?

Yes, you can leave a comment on the shipping methods at checkout.  However, whilst we will pass instructions on to the courier, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee them.

What happens if the sheets get damaged during transit?

We take exceptional care in packing our orders to ensure that your packages arrive in perfect condition and the reports of damages are very low. In the event you do receive damaged goods, please notify us within 24 hours and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out. Please do not use the damaged sheets as we may want to arrange the collection of the damaged sheets.

What if I want to make changes to my order?
