Having received a phone call from a very dear friend back on the south coast advising that two sponsors had pulled out of sponsoring his football teams kit for the coming 2013/2014 season, at first I felt disappointment at not having been approached first!

Matthew Page has worked tirelessly as assistant manager of Gosport Borough Under 10’s Youth FC, nicknamed ‘The Panthers’ along with the Manager Neil King and the Coach Matt Diaper. Having managed youth football for eight long hard years myself, I know that it’s often a thankless task so I was delighted to offer SWP as team sponsor for the season.

Having worked for the largest semi-finished metal distribution company in the UK for the last 11 years, Geoff brings a wealth of distribution and sales experience to the team and we’re over the moon to welcome him as part of the team.

Geoff likes music festivals, sadistic mud-runs and football (don’t hate him for being a Southampton fan!) and will happily talk shop or hobbies until the cows come home!
